Born on September 17, 1950, in Vadnagar, Gujarat, PM Modi received an outpouring of warm wishes recognizing his leadership and global standing.
Among the prominent international leaders who extended their wishes were Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni, and Bangladesh Prime Minister Tarique Rahman.
The official social media handle of the Prime Minister of Israel shared birthday greetings alongside a throwback photograph of Netanyahu and Modi. "Happy birthday, Narendra! Your leadership has transformed India into a world power. Together, we have built an unprecedented partnership between our two great democracies," Netanyahu's message read, emphasizing that the bond between Israel and India has never been stronger.
Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni took to X to write a message in Italian referring to Modi as a "friend," expressing her commitment to continuing the deep bond of friendship and strategic cooperation between Italy and India.
Bangladesh Prime Minister Tarique Rahman also extended his warm wishes on Thursday night. In his post, he wrote, "Warmest birthday wishes to Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The US Embassy in New Delhi extended greetings on behalf of President Donald Trump, sharing an archival photo of the two leaders and wishing the Indian Prime Minister health and happiness.
