  • Language Requirement: Proficiency in Assamese, the official language of Assam, is mandatory.

  • Age Limit: 18 to 40 years for UR; relaxations up to 43 years for OBC/MOBC, 45 years for SC/ST, and 50 years for PwBD.

2. Private Secretary (Stenographer Grade-I)

  • Pay Scale: Pay Band-4 (₹30,000 – ₹1,10,000 + Grade Pay ₹13,300)

  • Educational Qualification: A Bachelor’s degree paired with a shorthand speed of 120 wpm in English stenography and a typing speed of 50 wpm on a computer. Preference and due weightage will be given to Law Graduates.

3. Chauffeur (Driver)
